Shipping policy

We ship all orders through trusted carriers. Shipping times and fees appear at checkout. Once an order is placed, it enters processing and cannot be changed. Processing times may vary based on order volume and holidays.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking details. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Áse by Yejide is no longer responsible for delays, lost items, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. If a package shows delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first.

Please check your address before submitting your order. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to sender. If returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes. These charges vary by country and are not collected by Áse by Yejide.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons may affect shipping times. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos.
