Thank you for shopping with Áse by Yejide. We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns work.
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email hello@asebyyejide.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will send instructions for mailing the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for custom items or personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged. We also do not accept returns for items purchased during final sale promotions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
If you receive a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
